01 — Who we are

Engineering from Nicosia, for clients anywhere

We are a software development company and nothing else. We do not resell licences, we do not subcontract delivery to a third party, and we do not take on work we cannot staff with our own engineers.

The company was formed around a straightforward idea: most software problems are not solved by more people, they are solved by fewer, more senior people who write things down. So we stayed small on purpose. The engineer who scopes your project is the one who writes its code and the one who answers when something breaks at an inconvenient hour.

We work in English, in writing, under contracts that state exactly what will be delivered. Every system we build is meant to be handed to somebody else — documented, tested and readable — because a supplier you cannot leave is not a supplier, it is a dependency.

03 — Governance

How we handle contracts, data and IP

The commercial details of an engagement are settled before it starts, in a document both sides sign. The website terms below describe the general framework; the specific agreement always governs the actual work.

• Written agreements. Scope, deliverables, timeline, payment terms and notice periods are agreed in writing for every engagement.
• Intellectual property. As a rule, IP in bespoke deliverables transfers to the client on full payment, together with the documentation needed to operate and extend the system.
• Confidentiality. Client information is treated as confidential by default. We are happy to sign your NDA rather than insisting on ours.
• Data protection. As an EU-established company we operate under the GDPR. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we do so under a written data processing agreement.
• Subprocessors. Hosting and infrastructure providers used for your project are named before they are used, not after.
